The globe projection on the map-view block — atmosphere and starfield via the fog spec, a pausable idle spin, and the Nexus site pins popping in as the rotation brings the UK into view. Reduced motion opens straight on the UK, no spin.

Spinning globe

projection='globe' with the satellite basemap and an atmosphere fog. The idle spin is the standard easeTo-on-moveend loop — pause it, grab the globe yourself, or fly straight to the UK network. Site pins scale in once the view centre is within 28° of the UK.

Grabbing the globe pauses the spin.
