A generic, headless-driven board for moving work through stages — drag-and-drop built from scratch on pointer events (mouse and touch) with a floating ghost and a live drop indicator, fully keyboard-operable, with per-column WIP limits, colour-coded lanes and slot-based cards.

Materials-exchange deal pipeline

A Nexus ReGen exchange board: enquiries are matched to receiving sites, dispatched, then completed. Drag a card between lanes, or focus one and press Space to pick it up, arrow keys to move it within and across columns, Space to drop, Escape to cancel. The Matched lane carries a WIP limit of three — push it over and its count turns amber.
